So, a polygon-less animated Bryce. Nice, but about 20 years behind cool. MojoWorld (MW) from Pandromeda, tried this as a community, and the application was almost free. EVen their prices soared. I think the novelty wears off pretty fast. So, does the world need another MW? Priced similar to MW, one wonders how much room exists for yet another such application? Nice interface, and nice sample movies (see them at www.uisoftware.com/Voyager/index.html). But, come on Eric, $130.00?? I think that the only way this will survive the economic downturn is for a price point far below this. This said, the high end versions of the big landscape generation tool (starts with a 'V' and ends in 'UE') is now priced for pros (they need to reconsider their pricing as well), but their low end is pretty cool, not too pricey, and decades ahead of the look of this program. For a retro-look fractal landscape type program (better clouds, it is true) application, this is priced as if it were the only solution on the block. It is not. MW has been around for over a decade, and has a large online following. Best of luck, Eric. Love the Artmatic fractals program, but I just don't know about this... ------- Problems: Installer (.app) is double-clicked and begins install, then up pops: 'This installer requires admin privileges to run' message. Shuts me down. Ah well.
